Goldsworthy visits Cardiff West People First.12.00.00am GMT Fri 9th Mar 2007
Alison Goldsworthy, spokesperson for Cardiff West Lib Dems today visited the Cardiff West People first group. The group, based in Canton, is a self advocacy movement. It is about people with a learning disability doing things for themselves Members of the group - all residents in Cardiff West - raised issues that mattered to them in the communities they lived in and national Wales wide issues. Alison Goldsworthy said "I'm delighted that I was able to come and listen the local group at Cardiff People First. It's always great to hear it from people as it is for them on the ground."
